I have gone into this store twice to sell and each time they didn't take any of my items. They look and see if you are a certain age and don't take anything. I took in a new pair of bass shoes valued at $100 that was bought last summer and never worn still in box that were wedges and they told me they were outdated. Noticed their tops are very old and shoes have smudges and discolored. A store should not be age discriminated in fact the shoes were my daughter's.
This store is great! – I have been taking my daughters to Plato's Closet ever since they came to Richmond! They use to be located on Forest Avenue ny Tuckahoe Elementary. Now they are on West Broad Street and in a great location! The owners are friendly and the employees are just as nice. They are all quite knowledgable when it comes to the latest styles! What to know before you go... – Plato's Closet... I can honestly say that I have been in and out of that store several times to sell some of my goods and to check out whats there hanging on the racks.
