They DO NOT look at half the stuff you bring, I folded everything this time to see. what do you know open up the tote and there were still a good bit of stuff folded. They took 7 items for 29 dollars. Also I'm 7 months pregnant and nobody offered to help me carry the tote which was heavy or open the door for me.

Immature, rude shift leaders and customer service personnel. Instead of waiting on customers, they cluster around and converse loudly enough with each other for customers to hear. Poor management.
I dont recommend platos closet because they're pricing isn't fair, employees are rude and its not a good experience.

Please find a way to control your policies. My daughter and I waited in line for almost an hour to get in for a pair of shorts. I completely understand that you’re only allowing 10 people at a time, but when you have a long line waiting outside, perhaps set a time limit. We waited a long time only to have an employee come out and say, sorry we’re closing.
