Let me preface by saying that I’ve sold clothes here multiple times without any issue. I came in to drop off a basket of clothes and there was a 3 hour wait— no big deal, it’s school season and they had a lot of bags behind the counter. The young lady with strawberry blonde hair was very pleasant and helpful. After I get a call to come back, I am asked my name and I spell out my last name. I brought in BRAND NEW clothes, and the lady told me they looked "to worn". I also noticed that they did not go through the whole basket, some of the clothes was left exactly how I left it. Horrible experience.
What a fantastic store - the layout makes it easy to find what you’re looking for, displays are creative & attractive. Great selection & great prices! Sales & deals on already low pricing. They bought much of what I brought in to sell, understanding, of course, that they can only buy what is needed at the time! How wonderful that this service is even offered?!
