I HAD AN AWFUL EXPERIENCE TODAY. I DROPPED OFF A VERY LARGE BIN OF ITEMS, FOLDED NICELY AND ORGANIZED IN A CERTAIN WAY WHERE I WOULD KNOW IF THEY HAD GONE THROUGH AND LOOKED AT EVERY ITEM. AT THE TOP OF THE BIN, I HAD MULTIPLE SHOES AND HANDBAGS. WHEN I DROPPED THE BIN OFF, I WAS TOLD 35 MINUTES IF I WAITED, WHICH I AGREED TO WAIT I WAITED IN MY CAR FOR OVER AN HOUR WHEN I CAME BACK IN THE STORE AND THE YOUNG MAN TRISTEN SAW ME WALKING AROUND THE STORE, HE FINALLY DECIDED TO PULL MY BIN OUT TO START WORKING ON MY BUY. If I could give a negative ten (-10) I would. Customer service was so bad I waited approximately an hr for management &’ they came in with an officer. Not even questioning why I waited around for them or anything. If the situation wasn’t handled as rudely as it was I wouldn’t have waited as long as I did. As soon as I walked in the door, there was a strong weed smell that hit me. Like someone had been smoking pot inside the store, most likely employees! The smell was all throughout, not just in one location. This is not ok! Especially those bringing in young children. Not to mention, I do not want to buy clothes that smell like pot! I will not be returning to this location!
The worst customer service. We spent almost 100 dollars. The lady checking us out had an attitude the entire time. Didn't even say hello or nothing. Her attitude was so bad my 9 year old asked what was wrong with her. Looks like we will find somewhere else to spend our money.
