I purchased some shoes from here for my husband that were labeled a size 10.5. When I got them home my husband pointed out they were a 10 and of course they were too small. When we tried to return them we were told final sale even though it was a mistake on their behalf. We were only allowed to exchange for another pair of shoes that were the same price which unfortunately they didn’t have anything. This Platos Closet had such good custmer service! Found everything in great condition and soo cuteee
Customer service has gone away. Too many new people and hard to get someone to help you in the store. Too busy talking to other workers.
This Plato's location is the worst ever. Bad experience with these lazy and rude workers. These girls like to talk in groups and talk ghetto also leaving 1 or 2 other girl doing there actual job I wasn't even greeted many times I walk in this location. Do your job it's what your there for it's not a sleepover or meet and greet. And the selling at this location is BADDD they give you disgusting faces when you sign in and hate when you bring lots of items for them to buy.
