I work here and I love working here. I've heard stories of a darker past but I never experienced it. This place is awesome, my coworkers are basically my best friends, and we have the best customers. Pretty much everything I own comes from here. I love everything about plato's closet!
Here I am thinking I was going to get at least $10-$15 for my 20 items that was barely used, if not used at all. Not only did they not want my barely used items, they only wanted the pair of khakis they was the most used item I brought to them. The khakis even had a small stain in them. While I was browsing through the store, there were two garments with holes in them and I wasn't even looking for discrepancies. Great place to bring your used clothing for some extra cash
The employees are always friendly and quick in their greetings, I've been here a lot and I never see anyone in a bad mood.
I had an experience with this particular Plato's Closet that will result in my abandonment of shopping or selling at ALL locations. Rude employees, no customer service, and they chose to not purchase any of my clothing after I politely questioned how a 15 minute clothing inspection was going on an hour! So I took my stuff to Buffalo Exchange at 1209 N. State St in Bellingham, where they quickly checked my clothes and purchased EVERY LAST ITEM!
