I felt very unwelcome in here. I was not greeted when I came inside, the person who was helping me seemed as though she did not want to be there. I understand it sucks to have to work the holiday season, as I have to work it as well. But still. I was offered $1.65 for who knows what out of a basket full of clothing, to which was comical to me. Not only did they steal clothes from me, they threatened my boyfriend to check the cameras. Went to sell my clothes and they only said they took one thing. My boyfriend went back in and looked behind the counter only to see at least seven of my items behind the counter. She tried telling him they weren’t mine and so he said to check the cameras. She panicked and then gave him SOME of my clothes back. DO NOT SELL TO THIS STORE. They steal. They’re awful. Rude and careless.

Very racist I brought in items never worn and items only worn one time excellent condition . This place is a joke won't get my business again . I watched them the whole time they didn't even look at my shoes
I wouldn't recommend this Plato's at all. The Eastside of Indy location is much better. Different owners. Different attitudes. I took a lot of clothes that were new due to my teenage cousin growing far too fast. When I went in the next time, my account had been "flagged". The reason being that I had too many new items the last time so I must be shop-lifting them from somewhere. Really? I had 5 items that were new....
I took a full bag of brand name clothes in great condition and i got the text 5 minutes after i gave them my bag that my offer was ready. they offered me $4 for 2 shirts & when i got home i noticed that my bag hadn’t even been fully gone through. i have expensive jeans at the bottom of the bag that weren’t even touched. I know i had a full bag but the point of the store is to buy my clothes.
Has the worst return policy and rude management And staff.. staff is young with no knowledge and no experience worst place to shop and does not have good selection of style. Do not recommend

Sale staff is rude and cashiers seemed mad I was even in the store. When asking where to pick up clothes, a cashier directed me towards the beginning of the line. I couldn’t hear her well and that must have upset her because she then went on to make a rude comment about my appearance. Additionally, many items in the store were severely worn or torn and priced at 10 dollars and higher. Disappointing and will not be returning.

I went yesterday and im not very impressed with the store reason being staff are rude when you ask to get a fitting room they give you a mean and rude look. also dont like the fact that they now mix all the rocks, miss me jeans, pink and vs into the other clothes, rather having it in a didnt section like they did before. platos closet use to be where I would shop but not now I wont be going back.
Unfortunately staff not very friendly. My box of items were not looked thru. My box was returned in the same order I dropped off. Lol
