Very unprofessional staff. I call the said they were buying today. Then I got there and they were rude saying they never said that.
How is this place still in business. The staff is so rude. All they do is lie and then try to gaslight you. When you ask them logically questions. Please take your business elsewhere.
Short blonde hair lady at the counter was very rude to say the least. She refused to give me her name stated that they were not buying anything today and that I need to bring my clothes in a clear tote. This lady definitely does not need to be working in customer service. Her people skills are zero out of 10. No wonder Plato‘s closet is going downhill so fast. Do not recommend that you waste your time coming here or doing business with them.
