Every time I come into the store, the employees are always friendly and the store is always neatly in order. The employees help me often since I have no fashion sense. Their buyers are very reasonable in picking out clothes that will resell and are polite when returning the unaccepted clothing. I love coming to this store. Management is great!

Good morning! I have deleted my very negative post & I am glad to report I have a whole new opinion of this store and the owners! I met with one of the owners this morning and he went through my items., explaining why many were not 'age appropriate' for his 'customers'. He was able to purchase several of my things and apologized for the way things went last night. He didn't just buy my things to get me to change my mind or my post! NO HE DID NOT! This store is wonderful and so is the staff!!! They are always so nice and go out of their way to make you happy!! I was there today and one of the girls I didn't get her name... but wish I would have... anyway she knew I wanted a Coach Wristlet and made sure I got one!! Please make sure she gets a BIG THANK YOU!!! And a raise if it's possible because she made me one very happy customer!!!!
