I’m a boutique owner and when I have out of season items I like to sell. This location though, it’s kind of…wack. The store is empty which means they buy very few items from you. It’s a waste of time to sell here honestly, unless you need gas money lol.
Would give 0 stars if I could. They rejected all of my clothes that are worth hundreds of dollars. When I asked why my clothes were rejected, I was told that they are summer clothes and they are not buying summer clothes right now. I said the website says clothes of ALL seasons are accepted. Then, the woman sassily told me that maybe other locations do that but this one only buys by the season. Excuse me, ma'am? So rude and I will take my clothes elsewhere. Never coming here or to ANY Plato's Closet again.
There were mice roaming around the store and when I confronted the manager, she denied it and pretended to not understand what I was saying. Absolutely disgusting store and people.
