Staff are always rude, do not try to sell to them, they are too lazy to even look through it, and all they sell is crap from SHEIN
Unfortunately at about 4:35pm on 11/06/25, we walked into drop some clothes off and possibly purchase some apparel. As soon as we walked in we were told that they weren't accepting clothes at the moment. The staff seemed like we were bothering them by just coming into conduct business and didn't want bothered. I asked if they post updates to there media pages so customers know if they have changes like.... not accepting clothes. She said she wasn't sure of that. The whole staff always acts like they you are bothering them with your presence. I have been here multiple times and it sucks that the staff is weird cause the clothes is really cute here. Train better staff!!
Terrible customer service. I’ve bought and sold here for years. I will never ever return. I’ve never had a good experience with any of the employees. None of them have any personable skills & lack professionalism, including the manager. Go to another consignment shop or thrift store. I would give zero stars if I could.
