They should be zero stars. They are swindlers and crooks. I brought in all American Eagle, Hollister, and aerie clothing from prior season and they pretended like the clothing was not worth anything. They tried to purchase three of my Hollister items for $13 and told me that it was two items while they were hiding one with tags on it underneath two other items.
