With no appointment needed, we buy every day and will pay you on the spot! Most of our stores buy and sell girls sizes 0/1 to 18/20 and guys sizes 28 to 40 waist, and we typically buy current styles that are still in the mall. Workers are always in a terrible mood, barely acknowledged while you’re in the store, go there if you want them to ruin your mood for the day lol

The employees are more polite and professional than they used to be. Big improvement there. However, they rarely buy anything I bring in, even though they are brands that they say they want (Under Armour, American Eagle, Express, etc.), and are in great shape. Don't get your hopes up that you can sell your nice clothes here.
Every time I go in to sell they turn away my clothes even though I have new designer clean items! I've heard the same from others as well. And when I walked the store a lot of the items weren't as nice as mine! I mentioned it to the owners a while ago but nothing changed. I don't bother anymore. Sorry.
The customer service was great! I had my son in tantrum-mode which made my visit somewhat challenging. The ladies working took my items I planned to purchase to store behind the desk, offered me the larger dressing room to accommodate room for both my son and I, and seemed very understanding and non-judgmental when the toddler cranky-spurts took place. It's hard enough shopping with a cranky toddler but was very relieved that the ladies working were trying to help where they could.
I GOT DENIED SELLING MY CLOTHES BECAUSE I HAVE A RETAIL THEFT ON MY RECORD. LIKE WTF. MAYBE YOU SHOULD MAKE A SIGN OR A NOTICE SAYING THAT. LMFAO. AINT WASTING NO ONE TIMES BUT YOUR WORKERS && THE SELLERS. THATS BOGUS AF FORREAL. MY STUFF DIDNT HAVE TAGS ON IT OR NOTHING. IT WAS ALL MY OWN STUFF. SMH.
A few years ago there was a great selection, the last several times going we have not been able to find much of anything. A lot of outdated clothing that you can clearly see wear and tear on. Tried to sell for the first time items that are brand name less than a year old, including a top we bought there in October that was never worn.
