I love it!! Got two brand new items with tags attached for half the price. Great selection and organized. Hate spending lots of money on clothes and this is a great compromise. Staff are friendly and helpful.

For a resale shop they are very expensive. We went looking for a reasonable prom dress and found nothing we were willing to pay a used price for. They were asking more for used dresses than a local bridal shop was asking. Sad that places like this take such an advantage of people.

All of the prom dresses that we do have in the store are on consignment, so the guest that brought the dress in, did pick the price that they would like to receive for that exact dress. Pricing is up to 50% off retail cost and how long ago the dress was worn. Our prom event started January 1st and lasts until May 1st. I always have a fantastic experience here. Always ask if I need my items held, always greeted, and given good explanation on items being sold and taken. It's hard to find a store with helpful and genuinely nice people but this Platos knocks that out of the ballpark, they are great!
