Customer service lacks strongly at this store. Also, they don’t check shoes before they put them out so make sure you pay attention. I was sold two left boots and when I tried contacting them about it I was ignored.

Before Plato's reopened recently, I had a great experience with shopping online and picking up curbside. Staff is courteous and made it all quick and simple. Love this place!

My favorite place to shop for clothing! I always know without a doubt that I will find what I'm looking for (and usually much more). Everyone is always so pleasant and helpful; even with the craziness lately, all the staff have done an amazing job of making sure I get what I'm looking for! If the item wasn't posted on their site, they would send me photos until I found what I was looking for. :)
Best spot to get bundles for cheap!
