I'm so sick of seeing Shein here! Its nearly every other item it's Shein. And I even found some where they charge MORE than Shein. They claim to be 'family owned' but obviously don't care about the families making the Shein products for pennies an hour. Stop buying it and encouraging others to buy from Shein themselves! You are contributing to the problem.

They told me it was a 3 hour wait for my clothes to be gone through. It took them over 5 hours. And then they only offered me $54 for my 2 bags of clothes 1 bag of 2 brand new pairs of addidas shoes. And 2 brand new bottles of cologne in the box (one of them was coach) and they said they could not take a lot of my items because of “wear and tear” which was odd to me because I made sure everything was good before bagging it. Went in to use a BOGO 1/2 reward. Asked about how to go about it multiple times. Was told to use the screen, then ignored. Reward was not applied. Go in to have it corrected only to be told they have to return and recheck out everything. Then learned the 50% off is off the cheapest item. Price of items, 12, 7, 7, 4, 3. They wanted to give the half of on the three dollars. Return the 4 and the 3 get 50% off a 7. Wasting more value of my time than the discount is worth. Staff treats you like it's a privilege to be in their store, not like a customer. Don't turn your nose up too far Plato, it's still just resale. Only for posing, wannabe class jumpers who can't actually afford retail. People should check out an actual thrift and put together their own style.
