very bad customer service, they keep things for themselves and hold them back so customers can’t purchase. Very ghetto and unprofessional. wouldn’t advise anyone to shop there.
great prices and good clothes
Took in a box full of mostly name brand and they tried to take two things...AE Jeans and Champion hoodie. None of my stuff is worn out, no stains. They were “out of style” but there are things on their racks that have been out of style for years. Tried to give me 5 dollars for the Champion hoodie that I paid atleast 60 for. Kind of ridiculous. Took my stuff and left. Won’t be selling to them again...
the prices are great, the clothes are in great condition and the service is amazing!
I brought an entire tote of clothes in to sell and they didn’t buy a single thing - said it was discolored, too worn, or out of style. I ha some practically brand new men’s button down shirts in there, and I asked about those, because they were fine. The response I got was “they were too wrinkled”. I said really? Too wrinkled?? They over charge for USED items! With the prices they charge, might as well buy it brand new! How you guys buy an item for 20 bucks then sell it for 95?!
I went there twice, and I came out with BAGS of namebrand clothes and shoes. It has some of the cutest, most fashionable things.
The management is absolute trash. All other employees are so wonderful and helpful. The old male manager follows people around like they’re stealing. The older woman is not helpful at all. Not coming back, I’m tired of giving them chances.
