tried for two days to sell clothes here. i came from an hour away and by 12 pm and 2pm (said they were taking donations) they had stopped. horrible customer service and very frustrating.
DO NOT SELL HERE! They literally pick and choose what they want to buy from you based on your race. I have brought them fashion nova, Nike, and all sorts of name brand merchandise. Only for me to get offered little to nothing. They stand around acting like no one is in-front of them in need of THEIR customer service ? They also pick and choose when they wanna sell. Pure laziness. Do. Not. Sell. Here. 0/100
Racist. Walked in. Didn’t get a hello, I even told a worker hello and he just looked at me. Didn’t explain anything to me as I was trying to donate clothing. I also looked around to shop and got the text that they weren’t interested. Instead of saying they weren’t interested, a worker stated “I wasn’t interested in your clothes they aren’t MY style”. Is the business shopping for her style or for everyone? My white counterparts got greetings and were able to sell there “desirable” clothing.
I checked in at 3:33 with a full bin of clothing. By 3:40 I was told none of my items could be purchased and to retrieve my items. Then when I retrieved my items they were stuffed into a bag that was ripping and couldn’t even close. Would it have been that difficult to put the clothes in two bags? I’m just overall disappointed in how my items were handled and if it weren’t for the wide selection of styles the store offers I would take my business elsewhere.
