Y'all better get the customer service in check before y’all fail.
I normally don’t do bad reviews, because I work in customer service myself. However l, this place and once upon a child need some customer service training very badly. I also don’t think they’re being honest when people bring in clothes. The items they accept and turn away is NOT consistent l, and they make up generic reasons that’s been rehearsed to tell each customer. I needed some retail therapy yesterday & locked in with Plato's playlist while I walked around and pieced together some cute items they had. I found some cute heels and two dresses for only $26 bucks. When it comes to Plato's you're guaranteed to find what you're looking for, if not more.
I may have walked in on a slow day. They said the display is updated daily just wasn’t enough options for me as I bigger fella. The prices are very great & It’s been years since I came in the place looks great. So I’m just kinda neutral for now until my next view
