I read the reviews about this place and unfortunately, I decided to give it a chance. The staff was extremely rude. Besides, this one staff member named Ashley. She was very nice but her coworker that was working with her was extremely rude. I regret that I did not get her name because most of the staff needs to Be educated on customer service
I have mixed feelings about this shop. On one hand, the men’s section is excellent and diverse you can find a great mix of styles, eras, and unique pieces. It feels like there’s a lot of variety to dig through. On the other hand, the women’s section is a bit disappointing if you aren't looking for trendy 'fast fashion.' It’s mostly stocked with clothes geared toward teens and young adults (lots of Shein, Forever 21, etc.). Incredibly rude workers. Incredibly rude managers. Bad customer service. And if the clothes don’t follow the “trends” they slam the box in your face and passively aggressively tell you “have a great day!” with a smirk on their face.
It is embarrassing that this business has countless bad reviews yet the service doesn’t get any better. I do not recommend trying to turn in your clothes to this place, it seems that NOTHING is with their “trends” … the business needs to get over themselves. I recommend places like repeat street, they’ll take the clothes and you’ll get a percentage back when your clothes are purchased by other people. My daughter had a bunch of trendy clothing. The girls that waited on her were soooooo…rude. She came home very upset. They triggered her having a panic attack. Mama bear wanted to go give them a piece of my mind but, they’re not worth the effort. Not sure what these peoples problem is. And reading over other reviews just makes me sad that the owner allows employees to treat people so disrespectful. Very very sad this is how someone runs a business.
