Haven’t been inside in forever, meaning I was pretty excited! Sad to say there was an employee smacking on all the hangers with clothes very aggressive after I was looking at everything… which isn’t my fault that they had so much clothes
DONT LET STAFF THROW AWAY YOUR TAGS WHEN THEY FALL OFF THE ITEM YOU PURCHASE. Employee took it and said I can throw that away for you. If you have to return anything they will not take it, even with receipt. They will tell you that you should know their policy. Employees of Plato... you should be giving tags back and telling your customers to keep them, or do you not know your own policies?
I went there and found a nice pair of shoes and tried them on and then when I got home I just realized that the inside was completely ruined and ripped. Then I took it back the next day with the receipt and they didn’t take it back without a tag, and the girl that checked me out the day before took the tag off and threw it away. The girl at the front desk was completely rude about it
Had a great experience. My wife Always find something even when we are not looking for anything.
