“I love shopping here for myself and my kids, but the customer service is consistently terrible. 6 visits in a row. The employees act like acknowledging customers is beneath them—no eye contact, no conversation, just attitude. If they’re going to act like they’re above basic courtesy, they should at least be good at their jobs. Instead, they come across as uninterested and entitled. I had such an amazing experience at this location because of the team member Azu!! She was so helpful with everything and had everything organized and run smoothly!! I will definitely be going back to this location!!
Melissa helped me so much ! I went in looking for an outfit and left with 3 outfits :) She listened and found the items I was looking for in my size and everything. I’m so glad I had that experience!
Who knew Plato's hired such amazing people! Seriously, Azucena may have been the most helpful retail worker I have ever encountered. She helped me out so much on my recent visit to Plato's. I was having a wardrobe stress with an upcoming event and was panicked. She was so kind, efficient, and uplifting when helping me and checking me out. I normally hate in person shopping but she made this experience so incredibly easy. I will definitely be returning to this location because of this amazing customer service.
Azu is the best employee at Plato’s closet! I went to this location last weekend and was immediately greeted by her. She was very nice and helped me find what I was looking for. I recommend asking for her next time you go to Plato’s in Fayetteville!
