I used to love this location, but over the last six months, my experiences have unfortunately gone downhill. The employees seem very young and, in my experience, have been unprofessional, rude, and lacking in customer service. A few months ago, I went in to sell clothes and was told they couldn’t have me sell my items because it was “outside of their selling hours.” After I was turned away, I checked their website to verify the hours and couldn’t find anything stating that they had specific “selling hours.” It honestly left ... read more

Great selection
I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with my experience at this place. This is my first ever time selling my clothes, in the past I have just donated them but I thought I would try to sell them and get some extra cash. Some of the items I have I’ve gotten from places like Old Navy, there are jeans and nice pants worth about $40-50 each. These clothes are all good quality and not at all cheap.
