Possibly the worst Plato’s I’ve ever seen, and I’ve been to many across the country. I usually ignore Plato’s reviews, but this one is true. Limited options, terrible attitude from the staff, lack of organization, dirty fitting rooms, I could go on. Skip it and hit TJ Maxx or find a goodwill.
Always the worst experience here used to be good when by the mall I’ll send my stuff to thred up happily
Haven’t been to this location since I was 17, figured I’d do a drop off, skeptical since the reviews are pretty bad. It’s great if you want 15 year olds to pass on all your stuff despite having designer brands like Carmar jean's( Plato’s loves to sell carmar ) RAG&BONE & vintage American eagle tops(also in right now) athletic skirts and brand new Victoria’s Secret bralettes. half of this stuff I bought from Plato’s at some point & grew out of after wearing twice. 90% of what I brought was brand new and well taken care of, je... read more
I got here at 11 am , I was told to come back in three hours and when I did , they gave me half my stuff back . They offered $12 for 7 items ( 3 brand new t-shirts with tags , 1 short and 3 shirts ) .They were all brand new clothes, never worn . Wasted three hours coming all the way here just for this mid service. Never again. Not a very welcoming place here, take your clothes somewhere they will treat you with better customer service, this place is a mess.
Great store with great items at a great price! Just came on the wrong day it was really hot in the store. Other than that no complaints!! Just felt bad for the employees working in that heat.
