Clean Store with lots of items to choose from. You walk in and they have whole table and racks filled with lulu. Staff was very friendly and attentive, couldn’t really ask much more from teenagers.
My gf and I had the WORST secret shopper experience ever. I’m wearing shorts and t shirt and the manager was trying to insinuate to this worker to keep an eye on me. He then proceeded to shop next to me the entire time. The dudes like 6’3” looking at size medium and smalls lol. Not even trying to be discreet. the worst place they pay very little for clothes and sell them very expensive as if they were new and the worst of all is that the employees are paid a pittance at 9 he doesn't even pay the minimum and the manager Mike from the Mckiney location is very rude he wanted to pay my daughter at 7 dollars an hour her last check because according to him she left that place if she left it was to earn more somewhere else obviously they abuse the employees paying her pittance and I hear him in cash and he wanted to take taxes away and ... read more
Very disappointed with our experience today 3/19. My daughter and I noticed how the two girls at the front greeted every single Caucasian person with a warm “welcome in” while myself, my daughter and every other minority was not greeted or acknowledged at all. We walked around the store a little longer just to make sure we were not mistaken, and sure enough this was the case. This was very interesting to say the least. Two words….do better.
Brought in 3 boxes of clothes that were in great condition. Several pairs of Miss Me Jeans, and several jackets/ sweaters that have the tag still on or have never been worn. No one even bothered to look at what I brought because of “smell of smoke” even though I don’t smoke, nor do I allow it in my house. Customer service workers were rude.
