We worked with Rob and he is very professional and knowledgeable. He was also very personable and made us feel like he was personally invested in our home and we weren't just another job. Rob was extremely thorough doing his investigation as well as when it came time to remediate the mold in our home. He used multiple methods and products to make sure the mold was removed. Rob did an amazing job cleaning our carpets. We had dark tracking stains on stairs, living room, family room, and bedroom. He did the entire house. The stains all came out beautifully and I thought the price was very reasonable. We had a special time restraint and he worked very hard to get it all done by the time we needed. Rob also cleaned a swivel rocker and ottoman for us that looks great. Five star review from our family. I would definitely call PlatinumCare Carpet Cleaning the next time we need our carpets or furniture
