I'm very happy with their work. Platinum Wondows and Doors did a great job. They were friendly and professional. They did the 6 windows in one day and the door in a day. They replaced everything down to the brick. The only thing they did not do was paint the trim, but they did such a good job it was easy to paint. (Sorry I do not know how to rearrange the photos but I think it is very clear what is before and what was after🤣)
Service, from ordering to install, was great.
Dan and Patrick were kind, professional and efficient. They came first thing the following morning to resolve damage that occurred to a second story window. I thought it would take weeks to resolve but they skillfully resolved it the next day. They are an awesome team who treats every concern seriously and their customers respectfully.
