I wish I could give this place a 0 Star to be honest. The customer service my husband was provided by Payton, their financial person, was beyond horrible. We live in California but my husband found a car he loved at this dealership so we were willing to make the drive. He reached out and was then strung along but was given platitudes as he tried repeatedly tried to get through to get this car. If you like open honest communication, don’t come here! They had a car I wanted to look at and never answered my e mails coordinating a time to come by. He then tells me the owner of the car was not returning calls. After two more e mails asking about the vehicle, I never got one e mail returned and I was the one to call. Still no answer. They also told me the owner installed lots of things on the car. Everything he listed comes standard with that trim! They could have my dream car and I wouldn’t trust these clowns!
Edit: Well, things took a turn. The vehicle that my friend bought might be a lemon. What was sold as a good car with a potentially bad battery turned out to be a messed up wiring harness. Thankfully my friend bought a warranty, but it's unclear what the warranty will cover. Spoke with Josh and he said there's likely nothing they can do. I'm very disappointed. We bought a new battery it of pocket (it was refunded by the dealership), but this electrical issue should have been found and taken care of before selling the vehicle.... read more
