I want to start by saying the massage I received from Kevin was excellent—he was the highlight of my visit. Unfortunately, that was the only positive part of my experience. A spa experience should begin the moment you walk through the door. Great massage for my birthday 🎂 🥳. Steam room and hot tube.
This place is fabulous, this was my first visit. I went to a Wind Down Wednesday for a 30 minute massage and I added hot stones enjoyed a Complimentary glass of wine. The amenities were included oxygen bar, snacks, steam room so much to enjoy. This will be my treat for me monthly. Class act establishment.
Platinum Wellness Spa is hands down one of the BEST spa experiences I’ve ever had! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed, valued, and completely taken care of.
