I honestly wish I could give this place less than one star. I booked a Vichy shower with a body scrub and hydrotherapy, and let me start by saying that Reya (I hope I’m spelling her name correctly) was the only bright spot. She was wonderful professional, kind, and truly excellent at what she does. But the overall customer service at this establishment? Deplorable!! Tranquil! Relaxing! One of the best massage I’ve ever had I only wish the space was bigger with more amenities and the receptionist staff was more resourceful with providing information for a full experience. I purchased a membership and I wasn’t aware that wine was complimentary until my third visit. Also it would have been good to know that if you’re not paying cash there would be a percentage added. Overall I find it very relaxing.
