My husband and I booked what was supposed to be a luxury couples spa day for our anniversary but unfortunately, the experience did not live up to expectations especially for the price we paid over $1100 The spa was very unorganized and not as clean as it should be. The dressing area didn’t have a lock, so there was no privacy, and the space felt overcrowded with too many people scheduled at the same time. Everything was awesome and very friendly customer service
Ended up in GA for an impromptu birthday trip and as a tradition had to do a spa day! I wanted to be intentional about supporting as many black businesses while in town which is a lot to do in Atlanta area. Great customer service. They were super busy, but Ashley took my # and gave me a call back, answered my questions and assisted with putting together the perfect package (sidenote, the hold music was a vibe!). I experienced a day of relaxation for my 50th birthday at Platinum Wellness Spa. Everything was A+ rated, from the platinum mani/pedi to the massage to the stretch session to the delicious meal I had. I will definitely be returning for more services in the near future. I LOVED THIS!!!!
