Beyond overpriced. The massage was the best part of this place but overall I just don't see the return on investment. “Complimentary champagne/wine” is only for one glass & every one after is an additional $15. The staff didn't seem to be on the same page about who was getting what and able to provide a seamless experience. I had an informative facial, however my sister did not as the esthetician didn't talk to her much. Not to mention a FACIAL for $175?!?!? 😵💫 crazy. Customer service was great, clean and I loved the oxygen bar and Vicky bath
I hoped to come and relax and enjoy a spa day. The staff was nice but, the experience was subpar. For every service (facial, foot detox massage and meal), I had to walk outside of the building into the parking lot with no clothes on but a robe and slippers in February. When my services were done, I had to walk back outside and in front of male guests in my robe in the cold back to the holding area. Also, the food made me sick. It was warm and not right.
