First time at location and from beginning to end A+ service. I am the 2nd owner of my vehicle and the car still had extended warranty on it. Issues with horn and airbag lights on dash. Karen at Volkswagen was absolutely great. Kept me informed every step of the way with upto date info.

Someone stole out of my mother's car. She has been a loyal customer since 2008. My mom went to get her car serviced and someone stole an item out of her car. She reached out to them the same day and an employee gave her the run around and said she would reach back out to her. My mom reached out again the next day and another employee connected her to the manager.
