Today I went to the front desk to do a visitor parking registration. A Black guy and an Indian guy with a red cap were very rude to me. Asking me for information as they were checking a criminal. When I checked my friend’s door number, the Indian guy even said: “oh you don’t know your friend’s door number?” When the registration finished, this guy waved his hand said: “You can go now.” What is all this about? These staff should get trained how to do customer service!
This stupid building triggers a fire alarm every time in the middle of the night or early in the morning. Then, the voice announcement says they’re investigating, and every time, the so-called investigation takes half an hour or even longer. That damn alarm just keeps blaring nonstop. It’s unbelievably stupid.
