Completely unprofessional with little attention to detail. Couldn't follow simple wire instructions then acted put out when I pointed out the error. Lack of ownership didn't sit well with me and caused a delay in the funds while I did my own research into the issue. Finally figured it out with no help from them. I will NOT recommend. Apparently this company can’t figure out how important wiring funds are for closing on time, they also don’t seem to be bothered about fraud either.
My clients are very happy with the great service and coummications through the whole process. As realtors we work in the best interest of our clients. Sherri* and I take the term fiduciary seriously.
