Really terrifying experience overall using this title company as a seller. A representative named Alex from their company encouraged the seller (the night before closing, after they knew all details for over a month) to back out of the sale, due to some strange and ultimately insignificant land ownership issues. Thank heavens we had connections to the city, or we would probably still be tangled in a big mess. If you want your sale to go smoothly, I recommend going with anyone else.
