Platinum Title has handled the title work for me on a number of properties, including my personal house last year. They do a great job! Cara H. at the Olathe branch is steller! I needed some help pulling warranty deeds together. She got them pulled, not only for the properties that Platinum Title handled, but for my whole portfolio. That is above and beyond customer service!!
Lots of fees keep getting added. Had to pay them to file a State certified death certificate with the county? I handed them the certified copy. They didn't pay me the $20 it cost me to get it. They have an attitude that they are smarter than you. I didn't choose them, it was the buyer. I will never use them for any of my closings.
