GO THE OTHER WAY!!!! They are scammers, liars, and unprofessional. They added false information to my taxes without my permission which caused the IRS to freeze my return. I couldn’t get my money for over 2 years, when I finally got my return they took a large fee based on the original quote. Stay away from this place. Worst experience EVER! They kept my money and I didn’t receive anything. STEALING PEOPLE’S MONEY. They never answer your calls when you call. Please save yourself and go elsewhere. This place is not TRUSTWORTHY! SCAM SCAM SCAM!
Fraudulentos!!!! Actúan a escondidas, depositan tu reembolso en la cuenta de ellos y se quedan con más del 60% del valor. En ningún momento dijeron cuánto costó su servicio, y cuando dijeron que fueron más de $2 mil, mientras que mi reembolso fue de $3 mil y algo, es decir, se quedaron con más de la mitad. ¡Denuncia a esta empresa fraudulenta y engañosa! Visita la página web del IRS o llama para denunciarla. Pero ten por seguro que quienes viven en el engaño terminarán en muy mal estado. Tarde o temprano, se hará justicia.
Just like all the other reviews, if I could I would give it 0 stars. Stay away from this company they are truly just scammers. I barely received my tax return for 2023, but not because they helped. I had to find my way around with another tax services company to get me directly with the IRS. When they filed my taxes they reported me as self-employed and that I am a hairstylist and added I have a full-time employee in my house like (nanny) per IRS conversation, that is not my career and I had W-2's. If I could give zero stars I would. The place is a scam. Been waiting on my 23' return. They have lied numerous times and it has been almost 2 years.... I had another tax place do my taxes for last year and I had my return within months. Any good reviews from this place are lies.. Was promised 9k and change and they charged a 3k+ fee that i figured out AFTER they had me agree to everything.
