THIS IS A SCAM!!! I hired this company over 3 years ago to settle my tax dept and have paid almost $3,000 and they never did anything for me but give me the run around you can never reach anybody by phone or email and now I'm still stuck with the same IRS Problems that I had initially. This is a terrible company with poor customer service I would have done better just working directly with the IRS myself and now I'm out of money paying to this company... DO NOT USE THEM YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!

it would be 0 stars if possible, these people got $2255.00 + out of me only to go ghost and leave me in bigger irs and state debt than before we started the process of attempt of resolution , this company is scam , i debt with them starting 4/2022 only for a disappearance , no answer the phone, no nothing , no update that they were going of business which ended up costing me 1000s i miss my deadlines for final assessments with ended up in in >20000 in penalties and estimated tax debt , and also i had a garnish and bank levy ... read more
its funny i cant talk to anyone unless i give yall a bad review..i just need his tax return from last year...send me a telephone number that i can call you to talk to you over the phone...instead of on google..now people can see how you communicating with your clients
This company is a scam paid 4000 dollars didn't stand by me called and emailed for a year never got response from them I had to do myself with irs don't have anything to do with company I'm getting a lawyer to get my money back sarah talavera you should be ashamed of yourself anyone who talks to this company stay away
