While I have not yet had the opportunity to experience the benefits of the policies, I will comment on the sales process. My experience was 100% positive. My agent was very polite and professional, introduced himself and his purpose, and allowed me the opportunity to decline and end the process there. This is the worst company I have ever interacted with. I wish I could give them something lower than a 1 star because they don’t deserve any. They solicit you and are very rude. Not leaving when you tell them to and they trespassed on my property. Get a life people
