Agent was very pushy and showed up to our house without permission. Very overpriced. Customer service hours and getting through was not easy as the agent stated, told us there was not an automated system but there was. Also trying to cancel for my husband and he has to be the one to be on the phone even though I am the one who signed him up. He drives a semi ans works all day, doesn't match the 8-5 Customer service hours.
