I'll give my experience a 2 because my hair did come out nice. I had Olivia and my experience was odd..she kept pressing me to get this metal detox treatment even though I said no many times. I felt pressured to say yes when she continued insisting I get it, which was another thing I had to pay for that I did not want to. She asked if I wanted my hair blow dryed, I said no, she did it anyway and charged me, again after continuously insisting on it.
