I'll give my experience a 2 because my hair did come out nice. I had Olivia and my experience was odd..she kept pressing me to get this metal detox treatment even though I said no many times. I felt pressured to say yes when she continued insisting I get it, which was another thing I had to pay for that I did not want to. She asked if I wanted my hair blow dryed, I said no, she did it anyway and charged me, again after continuously insisting on it. I had had some bad luck at another salon - bad cut, not great color - and just wanted to like my hair again. Anna gave me the gorgeous lived in blonde that I was looking for as well as installed perfectly matched extensions. Honestly, my hair has never looked this good. Anna is amazing. Could not recommend more highly.
