I have tried to contact Debbie via phone calls and emails over and over in regard to a bathroom renovation. This company does not reply to emails, and will not respond to any attempt to speak to them. I have to have strata approval to proceed with the renovation and yet I am still waiting after a month none the wiser whether they are happy with the paper work I have sent and whether they are even aware of receipt of my emails with all the documentation.
