I really wanted to like these guys. I’m an older guy, but likes the newer color tricks that can be outfitted in a car. We went there with many possibilities of under deck lighting, window tinting, the whole works. Unfortunately, my wife and I were treated horribly when we came in. Everyone writes negative reviews these days, I thought I would change the pace and give my 2 cents on my experience at Platinum Sounds. First off, when I called there I did not know much about car stereos at all, the staff over the phone was very informative and didn't blow me off like other places have in the past. They did an ok job on tint, but they forgot to call me when it was done, so I waited longer than necessary.
