I had my speakers and radio installed from them and after 4 months my speakers sounded horrible and I couldn't get anyone to take a look to see what went wrong and they even accused me of damaging my speakers. I ended up going to another place to get my speakers fixed. I will never go back to them or recommend anyone to go to them. Horrible experience from platinum sounds
Very nice place for beginners trying to get started with adding a sound system in their vehicle. They don't try to rip you off and they tell you what you don't need. Very professional, and the prices are reasonable. I got a full upgrade, and the Techs gave me a crash course on how to use my new system. I would recommend Platinum Sounds to anyone.
