Really really really poor service, show no respect to coupon user, why u always advertise on all kinds of coupon website but never remain any relations with customers. Will never be back after only one poor treatment, will tell all of my friends not to buy

Purchased a Groupon voucher for 3 IPL sessions at Platinum... Sure, it is a nice little salon - but sorry to say I've been left quite disappointed. I requested to change my last appointment with a few days notice. I was told that there was a short waiting list and the voucher was to expire the next week - but they would keep me posted on a new appointment.
