I had the worst experience with Frank Jones. He did not prepare a Power of Attorney that he knew was needed 2 months before the closing, never sent me the Security Deposit that I was entitled to but had it on the closing statement as if I received it. Changes were made to the final closing statement and he never sent it to me and wouldn’t respond. He just stopped answering texts, phone calls, and emails for 10 days!!!
