There really should be negative starts for this organization. The owner is a horrible individual to deal with when there is an issue, they ignore all problems and negligence on the problem and blame you for their shortcomings. They do not take responsibility for their actions, do not know how to complete the paperwork correctly or listen individuals concerns. They make claims they do things when they do not. No stars for this company Dana prepared our documents and handled the closing for 2 lots. We chose the company to convenience the sellers. Closing was August 23 2024. Recorded Oct 12 2024. Still waiting for a copy of settlement statement which I should have received at closing. It's at the scanners! I have made many calls and get a run a round. Dana is out of office I'll have her call you back. There are RESPA laws and requirements why are they ignoring if you use this company good luck
I had the best service when I went to Frank Jones. He makes sure that you leave with everything taken care of he also has the best mannerisms when helping with you service I would recommend them to everyone I know. He makes sure that you leave happy and less stressed
