No stars for this company Dana prepared our documents and handled the closing for 2 lots. We chose the company to convenience the sellers. Closing was August 23 2024. Recorded Oct 12 2024. Still waiting for a copy of settlement statement which I should have received at closing. It's at the scanners! I have made many calls and get a run a round. Dana is out of office I'll have her call you back. There are RESPA laws and requirements why are they ignoring if you use this company good luck
I had the best service when I went to Frank Jones. He makes sure that you leave with everything taken care of he also has the best mannerisms when helping with you service I would recommend them to everyone I know. He makes sure that you leave happy and less stressed
