I brought my Sonata here with an unknown fuel issue that three other shops couldn’t diagnose. Platinum had it done and figured out within two days. Brian is fantastic. He updates you and explains what the issue is and what he is planning to do to fix it. He puts time into his work and does it well. I've been taking our Sedona and Civic here for a few years now. They know what they're doing, charge fair prices, and do a great job explaining any technical questions. They can get a bit backed up with appointments though, so be warned it can sometimes take a little longer to get your car in the shop.
