Tom did a beautiful job on the shower seal repair, left everything super clean and tidy and so much better than it was especially as it’s all water tight. He was friendly and professional. Jack was an absolute pleasure to deal with, responsive, friendly and the whole experience was carried out seamlessly from first phone call to final video of the finished work. Thanks guys!
Absolutely exceptional service from Platinum seal due to Jack and his team. Jack was incredibly accommodating to my enquiry from the minute I phoned him - he made everything easy and straightforward, as well as quoted a very reasonable price. Lara who came out to do the job was incredible - professional, fast and her attention to detail was outstanding. There’s no question that I would use Platinum Seal again if we need any future shower repairs.
We initially found Platinum after getting a quote from another company and then found their follow through to be pretty bad, so we contacted Jack and he was able to quote and book our job in the same day. We had both bathrooms resealed by Platinum. It was a bit of a tricky job due to the type of tiles, age of the bathrooms and trying to match caulking to two different coloured tiles in our ensuite shower, but the result is much improved from what it was.
