Genuinely the worst haircut and color I’ve ever received. I truly can’t even look in the mirror without hating the way I look, all thanks to Richie. I decided I wanted to get my hair done before my college graduation in a couple weeks, I went in asking Richie for highlights and a trim with face framing. I somehow walked out with hair darker than when I arrived due to the toner he used, and the choppiest haircut I have ever had.
