Love Zoey! The best bleach retouch and tone ever!!!! Book with her she’s so sweet
Zoey is a great stylist! She has cut, colored, and styled my hair several times. She always listens and delivers!
Got the worst hair cut of my life here by Zoey Talbott (hair.by.zoeykay) Place was nice but this hairstylist was not willing to make it right. Ended up having to cut my hair super short(I had long hair) because of how terrible of a job she did. Mistakes happen but the way she has been ignoring me afterwards has been very unprofessional and disappointing.
