Poor customer service. I have called for the last couple days trying to get in touch with this establishment to set up an appointment and have gotten no response. I have left voicemails and nothing back at all. All three days have been while it said it was open. I got a response the first day when looking for options for different salons and called back to this salon to ask more questions on the same day within an hour or so but didn’t get a response. Meggan is the best, she always does a great job with my hair and is always polite & courteous. It's a bit of a drive for me coming from Raytown but well worth it.
