Kevin is a skilled craftsman. He’s done work for me over a decade with no issues requiring any repairs to his work. Finally he came out broke down the Rv took it back to his shop and sold it on consignment in just 3 days. Absolutely would recommend.
My husband and I recently went through a horrific hail storm in Portland, TX. It broke our sunroofs, ALL of the slide-outs and demolished the roof on our new 5th wheel RV. This place not only took us immediately, when every other place was "so busy," they came and picked it up for us, drove over an hour each way, and communicated with us every step of the way. I can't encourage you enough to consider your choice to use this repair shop. We so wanted to support local business and find good service but sadly this was not the case. We have a high quality warranty on our motorhome and still our bill was extremely high, padded according to the warranty advisor and included an unusual number of labor hours for the work done. We frequently diminish our supply for special items and platinum is our go to spot for immediate parts. 10-2-24. I have been sourcing certain hard to find parts from these folks for quite some time 3-14-25 seems like they've had a change in managerial staff and Kevin is back at the helm. He walked us through a very difficult issue when he did not have to and we are grateful for having such a resource close by
