I can't encourage you enough to consider your choice to use this repair shop. We so wanted to support local business and find good service but sadly this was not the case. We have a high quality warranty on our motorhome and still our bill was extremely high, padded according to the warranty advisor and included an unusual number of labor hours for the work done. We frequently diminish our supply for special items and platinum is our go to spot for immediate parts. 10-2-24. I have been sourcing certain hard to find parts from these folks for quite some time 3-14-25 seems like they've had a change in managerial staff and Kevin is back at the helm. He walked us through a very difficult issue when he did not have to and we are grateful for having such a resource close by
Took our class A diesel pusher for oil change on the rig and generator. From our first call till we pick up the rig was very professional. Shay always called back when she said she would and also called the morning of our appt letting that they were ready for us. Done within two hours. Reasonably priced, realized that we lived in the rig and we needed it done that day and also to keep it plugged for our refrigerator. Thanks.

I know they just changed owners and there is a good transition period however unless they rectify some of these prices then I cannot in good conscience give them my business any longer.
Many thanks to Eric and Platinum RV for getting the slide back in on my Super C so I could make my appointment on the east coast. Excellent customer service and fair pricing.
