Platinum RV staff were friendly and knowledgeable about NuCamp trailers. We were very impressed with the welcoming, no-pressure sales staff and the efficient handling of the transaction. All details were taken care of professionally, from prompt response to our first contact to hitching up the trailer on delivery day.
Platinum RV made our purchase very easy over mail as we did not live in the area.
