We absolutely love our Little Guy Micro Max trailer, very easy to pull, simple setup and lots of room and storage. The sales, service and office staff at Platinum RV are top notch. Great value for the $ Edited Oct 4 2025 I am not sure why I gave this company such a glowing review, I think I honestly felt bad for how horrible their communication is. Highly recommend the entire team at Platinum RV from sales to service !!! Email correspondence worked great for us since we are from out of town. We are not new to trailers and knew exactly the model and year we wanted. As luck would have it Platinum RV had one (last one in Ontario in year we wanted). Honestly had never heard of them so emailed them about the trailer and Nicole was quick to reply put a small deposit on the trailer to “hold” it and went that Friday to see it. One of the worst rv service i ever had , i took delivery of my Cirrus 920 , the camper was not wash , the owning was not functionning , it was jammed , the Victron charger and inverter is making breaker of house tripping, the software of Victron was not updated , solar pannel was so dirty that the water was black when i washed them Before delivery i wrote to them that i was 750 km away and to make sure the pdi was done properly and everything work fine I even called them to make sure everything was fine before taking deliver... read more
The sales experience was flawless. The communication via email was awesome, seeing as I was at a distance. Being that they have a sister dealership, "Under the Stars rv.", the communication wasn't always well established between both dealerships for things like parts credit, licensing, etc. Also, when the haulage company went to pick up the trailer, there was an issue with the license plate being at the "other dealer" and the trailer hadn't been washed which put our delivery slightly later than projected.
