Never stopped leaks after 2 tries, gave up and didn't return, also recieved full payment.
Let me start off by saying that initially, the service and communication was awesome. The crew they sent out to remove and install the roof did an amazing job. We dealt primarily with Jess and Ben. After the install, there were a few spots where old shingles had accidentally hit the side of our house during the removal and left tar stains on our vinyl siding (multiple spots). Very good price for a quality install of shingles. I would use them again, and recommend them.
Very good price for a quality install of shingles. Only complaint I have is their Warranty. (according to their representative) It is the estimate. It does not state what is covered and for how long. I guess they don't warranty their install. There is a warranty on the shingles from Atlas.
Had multiple leaks but big shootout to Mr. Todd Nix for coming in clutch with his crew. They got the job done fast and affordable. Highly recommend this company.
