Deleted my original review? How is that possible? I wouldn't recommend these guys if you need a roof ASAP, they took months and end of instalation was awful.
I contacted Platinum Roofing for an estimate on a new roof and replacement of a large section of eaves on a home in Warner Robins. Todd Nix came promptly at the time agreed and we went over the scope of the estimate. He provided a clear professional estimate in the time frame he told me. The crews showed up at the time agreed (actually ahead of schedule after contacting me about it) and did a great job. Called Platinum Roofing for a quote on roofing and gutters. Real nice, setup and appointment for 10:00am the next day for them to look at and get a quote. I received both a text message and an email confirming the appointment. I made sure I was home 30 minutes before my appointment, at the time of my appointment I receive a text message that they would not be here today and would try again tomorrow. Not one phone call! Clearly only there time is valuable!
We had tiles on our roof that were coming up. Ben Williams was truly a Godsend. He came out to assess the damage and ended up repairing the tiles on spot. He was truly professional.
