1 bedroom destroyed by flooding. Timmy replaced the ceiling, insulation, drywalls and 2 coats of paint for a reasonable price. Picky wife was completely satisfied.

They were amazing. We had a roof leak through a tile ceiling, that we just wanted a full rip down and drywall put up. We were having a hard time locking in a contractor, had a few stop answering us after an estimate. Timmy came over right away gave us a good price and started work immediately. I used platinum restoration to build a closet, knock down walls, remove my kitchen as well as walls & floors, crack repair in my ceilings and paint to prep me for the next step, kitchen cabinets. . They did an excellent job! measured, used quality lumber, drywall etc. the site was cleaned everyday. no dirt which i greatly appreciated.
