After going 3 Months waiting to get the furnace repair from another company. finally the insurance company set the writ person that help me and is a good trouble shooter, He found the problem it was the flame sensor he cleaned it and recommend if the problem persist to get a new one . For me the service was awesome, big thank to Dylan.

Just read the reviews and do yourself a favor by calling warranty company and asking for another provider (it's your legal right)...... In summary, home warranty sent them in June, gave a contract saying work will be done by end of October lol.. furthermore they claimed my furnace had no gas going in, which I called the gas company and ultimately requested a 2nd opinion from the warranty company , end up being an electrical issue.....also they are extremely rude and good luck getting hold of them on the phone.... This company is worthless! American Home Warranty assigned our furnace repair to them. It took days for them to come out, and when the repairman finally came, he said he needed parts. He didn’t return for a week and a half, arrived 1 hour late, and told us the “office gave him the wrong part.” Don’t patronize this business.

Contract provider for Old Republic Home Warranty. Called Old Republic and Platinum contacted me within 12 hours or initial service request. Appointment was made via text messages and they arrived within the time given. Tony was the tech that arrived. He asked what the problem was. Explained that the heater (force air on roof) was blowing cold air. About 20-30 minutes later the heater came on and was blowing hot air. He explained that the ignition control was bad and that was replaced. He took a couple of pictures and showed ... read more
