I have worked with Platinum on several projects. The clients were very happy with their services. Great workmanship, service and amazing refinishing. I highly recommend Platinum for refinishing and installation.
Literally the worst customer service ever. Went radio silent on my family after they completely paid, took extremely longer than quoted, inaccurately installed lazy Susan cabinet door, and even more. Do not recommend.
Stay away from this company, very poor customer service, communication, workmanship. We are already having issues with the quality of cabinet work . After multiple unreturned phone calls, texts and emails we had to we resort to calling the police department to have her return the cabinets she was supposed to fix and install and never did. After the return of the cabinet door, I had to finish the installation of the cabinet door myself.
Would not recommend, communication was terrible as well as timeliness, quality of work, follow up, etc. I can go on about the issues but it would be to long of a post. We would have been able to complete the kitchen quicker and with higher quality then what we received.
