If I could give zero stars I would. Audrie (Bixler) King was the seller's agent and we were the buyers. I have evidence showing that she knew the sellers lied about about something material on their disclosure and did nothing about it. When I reached out to her supervisor, nothing but crickets. When I reached out, I wanted to work out things amicably. I cannot put into words how terrible the experience was to buy a home from Tyler Frank. Unprofessional and rude. He completely ruined the home buying experience for me. Do NOT buy a home from him. He did not do his due diligence as an agent & my home almost did not close due to his failure to communicate effectively with his client.
